A SUSTAINABLE MODEL IN MARINE TOURISM VEHICLES: ISTANBUL EXAMPLE

İstanbul’daki Deniz Turizm araçları ve bu araçlara ilişkin bağlama/barınma yerlerinin kayıt, denetim, işletme kontrolleri çok sayıda farklı kurum / kuruluş tarafından yapılmaktadır. Sayısı her geçen gün artış gösteren Turizmi Araçları, İstanbul genelinde kıyı şeridinde düzensiz bağlanmakta, niteliksiz işletilmekte olup durum kirliliğine İstanbulluların kullanım alanlarının daralmasına sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, deniz turizm araçlarına gelecekteki büyüklükleri belirlemek amacıyla, için “Talep Tahmin Modeli” açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı; tekne talebinin yapılarının belirlenmesi buna göre kıyılarının planlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma; kıyılar, göller derelerdir araçlarını kapsamaktadır. Belirtilen kapsamda yer alan yapıları envanteri saptanarak, 2040 yılına kadarki değişimler regresyon analizi yöntemi ile modellenmiş yatırım programı öngörülmüştür. ilk kez bütün kıyılarında helikopter havadan görüntüleme yapılmış tüm tekneler türlerine ayrılarak sayılmıştır. Dolayısı geleceğe yönelik turizmi tesislerinin planlanması olan çalışma özgün bir model özelliği taşımaktadır.
